Return and Warranty Policy
Guitar 25 stands behind every product that we sell. If you receive a product that is damaged in shipping or defective please contact us via phone or email right away and we will assist you in resolving the matter. There is a No Return policy on custom and limited addition pieces.
Shipping
All products will ship within 30 days unless on back-order. Because Guitar 25 brings you many products created by individuals and small businesses rather than factories, there are times when Artisans will have more requests than they can fill. Any person purchasing products considered on backorder will be individually notified by Guitar 25 and given an expected date of order fulfillment.
All amplifiers and guitars will be shipped overnight or second day at the customers request. We prefer Fed Ex but will use UPS at the customer’s discretion. International customers can also choose their method of shipping but express shipping is strongly suggested. Pedals and accessories can be shipped in any method that the customer specifies. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise noted in item description.
Privacy Policy
We collect information from customers such as name, address, email address, phone numbers, and payment method data in order to complete transactions. All customer information collected by Guitar 25 will be kept in the strictest of confidence. We do not share information with third parties.
